GOLDEN MEADOWS NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN-UP DAY sponsored by the Golden Meadows Homeowners Association is schedulded for Saturday, May 17th, from 8:00 am Until Noon or until up to 4 dumpsters are filled (whichever is earlier). All materials accecpable to the Larimer County Landfill will be accepted (no electronics, paints, tires, chemicals). Participants must be current in there dues and other assessments and show a driver's license or utility bill containing their Golden Meadows home address.
Currently only one volunteer has signed up to help with this event. In order to hold the event, at least 4 more volunteers are needed to check in participants and monitor loading of the dumpsters. Golden Meadows Homeowners Association Annual Dues Policy
Golden Meadows HOA 2014 Annual Dues are due by January 31, 2014 to avoid a $5.00 per month late fee. Property liens will be placed on properties that have not remited dues (including late fees) by March 31, 2014. Small Claims Court action will be initiated on properties that have not remited dues by May 31, 2014. Homeowner is responsible for paying all late fees, attorney fees, lien fees, Court costs and all additonal costs of collection.
