Access Fort Collins

 

 

The City of Fort Collins has developed Access Fort Collins as an easy way to send your questions, service requests, complaints and comments directly to staff. From a single location you can submit a request to fill a pothole, ask for more information about neighborhood programs, report graffiti and nuisance violations, and more. Each message is automatically routed to the appropriate City staff member who will respond to your request. It’s simple and direct, and you can use Access Fort Collins anytime of day or night, whenever is most convenient for you.

 

Golden Meadows Homeowners Association  Annual Dues Policy

Golden Meadows HOA 2014 Annual Dues are due by January 31st., to avoid a $5.00 per month late fee.  Property liens will be placed on properties that have not remited dues (including late fees) by March 31st.  Small Claims Court action will be initiated on properties that have not remited dues by May 31st. Homeowner is responsible for paying all late fees, attorney fees, lien  fees, Court costs and all additonal costs of collection.
